Since 2021, Project Sky has been redefining how pilots build flight time. We cater exclusively to qualified pilots focused on hour building and do not offer flight training. This dedicated approach means our aircraft are reserved solely for pilots logging hours, allowing for greater availability, faster scheduling, and a more efficient path to building flight time. Powered by advanced diesel-engine aircraft, Project Sky delivers a modern, fuel-efficient, and safety focused flying experience so every hour counts.
Flying for change
Project Sky pilots devote some of their flight time to a cause that is close to their hearts. In partnership with The Plane Project, they volunteer on outreach missions – flying essential supplies to the most remote hard-to-reach communities across South Africa.
Our hour-building pilots are driven by a deeper mission; to harness the power of aviation to spark innovation, support social development, expand access, and ultimately create lasting, meaningful change.
